Grid paint on a canvas of art?

I paint on canvas. The canvas size is 48×60. And I'm going to the network due the size of the canvas. 'm new to this network. I do not use it, but the Web is huge and the image is smaller. You must ensure that the photograph and the same tissue are proportional relationship. For example, if the canvas is 10×20 (I know, this is one example), and his photo is 5×10, it works because Both have the same proportion in comparison with the long side on the short side (1:2). You can make a square grid of 1 inch by 1 inch (or half an inch might work well depending on the size of your reference).
